Job Title: Assistant HR Executive (Operations)

 

Job Description:

 

  • Create and maintain employee payroll records in SAP.
  • Conduct feedback meetings with field staff and escalate their issues to the relevant managers or departments.
  • Verify employee attendance and prepare absent reports.
  • Handle and maintain files to ensure a smooth flow of activities.
  • Issue and keep records of mobile phones, bikes, and uniforms for teams.
  • Manage and handle petty cash transactions.
  • Ensure proper registration and installation of trackers for bikes.
  • Maintain employee data, including driving license records, updated bike tracking records, official mobile and SIM numbers, and uniform information (shoes, sweaters, jackets, etc.)

 

Qualifications:

  • BBA/MBA in HR or relevant field.
  • Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).

Job Title: Assistant Finance Executive (Supply Chain)

Job Description:

  • Assist in coordinating and communicating with suppliers, vendors, and internal departments to ensure timely delivery of materials and products. This includes maintaining accurate records, tracking shipments, and resolving any logistical issues that may arise.
  • Collaborate with the inventory team to monitor inventory levels, analyze demand patterns, and forecast future requirements. Assist in implementing inventory control measures to optimize stock levels and minimize stock-outs while reducing carrying costs.
  • Assist in identifying and mitigating potential risks in the supply chain, such as supplier disruptions, transportation delays, and quality issues. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop contingency plans and ensure business continuity.

Qualification:

  • Bachelors or above in (BBA/MBA Finance or SCM) from HEC recognized university with minimum 60% marks in matric, FSc and bachelors
