The
selected candidate will be responsible:
? Collecting payments through cheques and credit/card;
managing them till deposited to the concerned departments.
? Handling petty cash with extreme care and
timely processing all departmental bills, invoices and any other documents etc.
? Processing corporate and home refunds
with cheques/cash as per policy.
? Receiving and inspecting all delivered
items/supplies and reconciling with purchase orders or delivery slips.
? Issuing and delivering all outgoing
materials as per requisition from SCM.
? Maintaining records of all deliveries on a
given register and in excel sheets.
? Issuing materials only in required
quantities against authorized requisition notes/material lists from SCM
department.
Skills:
- Should be confident, a team player,
and have excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Hands-on experience with MS Office.

BBA/MBA (Finance/SCM) from a reputable and HEC-recognized
university with minimum 60% marks in matric, intermediate, and 2.5 CGPA in
bachelors/masters.

- The candidate should have knowledge of the Taxation System, Financial Modeling/Reporting Standards.
- Complete Understanding of recording bank entries, reconciling bank statements and company records.
