  • Hired engineer will undergo extensive, all-round training for initial 4 weeks and thereafter the selected candidates will be placed in Technical Assistance Center (TAC) initially where they would handle technical queries of customers telephonically relating to Nayatel's FTTH services.
  • Moreover, all manpower requirements in departments like Transmission, IP-Core, Systems, NGN, Access, Electrical and Video Headend are covered by transferring engineers from TAC on merit.

Job Description:

1.     Ensure customer call handling conforms to company outlined polices, moral practices and quality parameters defined in department SOPs.

2.     Responsible for calls handling and assisting customers with queries related to Sales, billing and installation.

3.     Influence customers to buy services by following a prepared sales talk to give service and product information.

4.     Work closely with existing customers to achieve customer delight.

5.     Contribute to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.

6.     Maintain and strengthen long-term relationships with the corporate clients as well as enhance business relationships to leverage additional opportunities

7.     Coordinate with other NTL departments to ensure resolution of customer issue/query.

8.     Escalate if any installation is getting too much delayed due to any team, department/technical issue. 

9.     Coordinate with other Departments regarding customer?s query or any other issue pertaining to the customer.

10.     Cold calling is necessary, must be good with cold calling.
