Job Description:
- To receive and inspect all
incoming materials and reconciles with purchase orders or delivery slip.
- To issue and deliver all
outgoing materials as per requisition from SCM.
- To maintain records of all
deliveries on given register and in excel Sheets
- To issue materials only in
required quantities against authorized requisition notes/material lists
from SCM department.
- To ensure safe keeping both as
to quality and quantity of materials.
- To initiate purchase requisitions
for the replacement of stock of all regular stores items whenever the
stock level of any item of store approaches the minimum limit fixed in
respect thereof.
- To reserve a particular
material for a specific job when so required.
- To check the register balances,
with the actual physical stock at frequent intervals by way of internal
control.
- To exercise general control
over all activities in Stores Department.
- To prepare daily updated stock
report for SCM.
- To maintain good stacking and
tagging process for each asset as per standard requirements.
- To maintain bin card for each
product.
- To ensure safety and
cleanliness of the warehouse.
- To arrange serial numbers of
newly received stock / material (if require)
- To provide on call support for
inventory search.
- To intimate SCM about low stock
levels
- Any other related task assigned
by the Management.
Qualification:
- Bachelors or above in (BBA/MBA
Finance or SCM) from reputable and HEC recognized university with minimum
60% marks in matric, FSc and bachelors.
- No prior job experience is
required. Fresh graduates are preferred.
Skills Required:
- Very good verbal and written
communication skills are required along with an ability to work in teams
under pressure.

Job Description
Recruitment &
Selection:
- Assist
in identifying hiring needs, job design and HR planning.
- Create
pool for best available talent in your region.
- Maintain
record of CVs in a very orderly fashion. In addition; to review and screen
resumes from all sources as per requirements.
- Maintain
excellent relationship with placement centers of all
universities/technical institutions and effectively participate in job
fairs. In addition; build relationship with online recruiters.
- Arrange
and conduct personality and hiring test.
- Conduct
and manage hiring test/interviews. Arrange written tests at campuses of
different universities as and when required.
- Assist
HR team members in other HR functions like performance management,
training and development, event management, database management etc.
Learning &
Development:
- Ensure
proper implementation of training calendar in coordination with Manager
(HR).
- Maintain
100% error free data regarding training.
- Timely
collection of feedback and ensuring proper circulation of trainer
feedback.
- Ensure
100% attendance during all training sessions.
- Properly
circulate, collect and data entry of 360 forms and assisting in
preparation of final report to be submitted to CEO.
- Conduct
training need assessment.
- Assisting
Manager (HR) in conducting Quarterly Evaluations and Shining Star
Activity.
- Generate
ideas for employee?s engagement activities and getting them implemented.
Administration:
- Monitor support staff and
schedule their activities.
- Manage vendor and fleet
management.
- Procure consumables, preparing
purchase order after identifying monthly requirement.
- Handle general administrative
tasks or any assignment given by the supervisor/management.
- Ensure hygienic environment for
employees and community.
- Identify and efficiently manage
requirement and issuance of stationary, printer and photocopies.
- Regularly visit all offices and
company sites for identifying repair and maintenance requirements and
follow up with Civil Department to get them fixed.
- Ensure fire extinguishers are in
working condition and timely refills on all office locations. Must be able
to deliver training regarding fire extinguishers, etc.
Qualification:
